- 5 Minute Warm Up
- Walk/Run at your own pace at a local park for 20 minutes
- 5 Minute Cool Down
Participants will receive free T-shirt for a $20 DONATION

- $10 Children
- Free for children under 10 years old

The webinar featured: Dr. Nina Anderson of TOVA Community Health, Dr. Baia Lasky from the American Red Cross, and Dr. Monique Bowman of Harmony Health and Wellness Center. Viewers learned about sickle cell disease, the importance of blood donation, and naturopathic treatment.
